Maybelline Lots of Lashes in Very Black Review

Before I tried the Lost of Lashes mascara by Maybelline, I expected the pink and green tube to be less than desirable.  So when I received my Bzz Kit that contained this product and the Baby Lips I reviewed yesterday, I wasn't very excited to try it.  However, I was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful little mascara.

Performance

I am a very selective when it comes to mascara.  I have short, thin eyelashes that seem to point straight out.  The only way I've ever been able to keep a curl in my lashes was to use an eyelash curler and waterproof mascara.  So when I tried this washable little wonder, I was expecting the curls to fall within ten minutes.  However, to my surprise, I had long, full lashes that kept a curl all day long.  It normally takes me forever to remove my eye makeup when wearing the waterproof mascara, but taking the Lots of Lashes off at the end of the day was a breeze (and I didn't lose any eyelashes).  I love that you can put multiple coats of this stuff on without your lashes clumping up like spider legs.  The only thing I disliked about this product was how wet it is when it goes on.  Sometimes it makes it difficult to keep the mascara from rubbing off on my eyelids.

Scent

 I don't usually worry about the scent of mascara because they all smell the same to me.  

Score

 9/10 I deducted one point for how messy the mascara is at times.

Repeat Customer?

I feel very comfortable paying less than five dollars for mascara, and because it works like a gem, I would definitely buy it again.  I think it's good stuff!
